My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was huge with a separate sitting room and offered a lovely view of the castle. It was very comfortable and silent with the windows closed. The service was top-notch with always smiling and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been more convenient, right in the Altstadt area with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was outstanding, although a bit pricey. Overall, a wonderful experience with great facilities and amenities.
